Information we collect

We may collect account contact details, organization information, authentication events, support messages, uploaded workspace materials, circuits, decision files, usage logs, diagnostics, device and browser metadata, cookies or similar identifiers, and .rain replay metadata used to support proof, recovery, and review workflows.

Billing information

When payments are enabled, billing details are handled by a payment processor. We may receive limited transaction records such as plan, invoice, payment status, billing contact, and the last few digits of a card, but we do not store full card numbers on Catalyst Suite infrastructure.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure the services, create onboarding plans, run selected demos or jobs, generate evidence packets, support customers, monitor reliability, prevent abuse, improve product quality, and communicate about service or account matters.

How we share information

We share information with service providers that help operate hosting, payments, security, analytics, customer support, and communications; with legal or regulatory authorities when required; and as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets if appropriate safeguards are applied.

Customer workspace data

Workspace data is used to provide the requested Catalyst Suite functionality. We do not sell customer workspace data. Enterprise customers may request additional processing terms, retention settings, and access controls for pilots or production deployments.

Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, preserve security logs, and maintain business records. Customers may request deletion or export where applicable.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate for an early-stage SaaS platform, including access limits, provider security controls, logging, and operational review. No internet service can be guaranteed perfectly secure.
