These terms govern access to Catalyst-Q, Catalyst Brain, Catalyst Suite dashboards, APIs, SDKs, pilots, proof packets, and related Strategic Innovations AI services.

You may use the services only for lawful business, research, evaluation, and operational purposes. Do not bypass access controls, abuse shared infrastructure, upload unlawful material, or use the services to harm people, systems, or organizations.
You are responsible for the people, credentials, tokens, files, and systems connected to your account. Keep credentials confidential and tell us promptly if you believe an account or token has been compromised.
Your uploaded files, prompts, circuits, decision records, logs, and reviewer materials remain yours. You grant Strategic Innovations AI permission to process that data only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the services you choose to use.
Catalyst Suite can generate summaries, decision records, proof packets, explanations, confidence signals, and suggested next actions. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them in regulated, financial, safety, legal, medical, or other high-impact workflows.
Paid access may be provided through subscriptions, usage-based plans, pilots, statements of work, or custom agreements. If a written order, invoice, or statement of work conflicts with these terms, that written agreement controls for the covered services.
Strategic Innovations AI retains ownership of the Catalyst Suite services, software, SDKs, models, designs, documentation, and platform technology. You retain ownership of your pre-existing data, code, documents, and business materials.
We work to keep the services reliable, but we may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of the services when needed for security, maintenance, legal, product, or operational reasons.
The services are provided as available and without guarantees that every output will be complete, accurate, uninterrupted, or suitable for a specific business decision. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Strategic Innovations AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, payment is overdue, security is at risk, or continued access would create legal or operational exposure.
