This policy covers refunds, cancellations, and returns for Catalyst-Q, Catalyst Brain, Catalyst Suite subscriptions, pilots, APIs, SDK access, and Strategic Innovations AI services.

Free demos, samples, and no-charge trials do not create a payment obligation unless you separately approve a paid plan, invoice, pilot, or statement of work.
Subscription fees are generally billed in advance. You may cancel future renewal where self-service cancellation is available or by contacting us. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless a written agreement says otherwise.
If you believe you were charged in error, charged twice, or unable to access a paid service because of a Catalyst Suite issue, contact support@strategic-innovations.ai within 14 days of the charge. We will review eligible requests in good faith.
Pilot fees, setup fees, deposits, custom implementation fees, and professional services are generally non-refundable once work begins, unless the applicable invoice, order form, or statement of work says otherwise.
For enterprise subscriptions, custom deployments, or signed statements of work, the refund, cancellation, service credit, and termination terms in that written agreement control.
Send refund or billing questions to support@strategic-innovations.ai with your name, organization, invoice or receipt, charge date, and a short description of the issue. For new pilots or enterprise purchasing, contact sales@strategic-innovations.ai.
